HOW TO COOK THE PASTA

Is advised 1 liter of water for 100gr of pasta, as soon as the water boils salt must be added (10gr-smallspoon for 1 liter of water).
How long it takes the pasta to cook depends on the style of pasta, while cooking the pasta should be tasted more than once, when inside it’s hard and outside is soft is usually ready, this is called “al dente”. Extremely important is NEVER to pass cold water over cooked pasta.
