WHITE WINE
Is advised usually with pasta that has seafood sauces or simple sauces like tomato basil, the white wine in question should be not too structured nor sweet.
RED WINE
Is advised with all the sauces that contain meat or elaborate ingredients even structured reds are indicated with all type of pasta and red meat sauces.
